Include your device model and app version for technical issues. Never send voice recordings, payment details, or the private text of a note.
When is Foreglow available?
Foreglow is preparing for release on iPhone. The App Store buttons will lead directly to the listing once it is live.
How do I delete a voice clone?
Open Foreglow, go to Instruments, choose Voice, then select Delete your voice. Confirm the deletion. The private model is removed and cannot be used for another note.
How do I export a note?
Open a saved note, choose Export, and save the audio through the iOS share sheet. The exported file is yours to keep.
How do I export my archive?
Open Instruments, choose The archive, then Export. Store the encrypted archive somewhere you control. Foreglow cannot recover a lost archive for you.
How do I cancel?
Open Foreglow, go to Instruments, choose Subscription, then Manage in the App Store. You can also cancel from iPhone Settings under your Apple ID and Subscriptions. Notes already saved on your phone remain yours.
How do I restore a purchase?
Open Instruments, choose Subscription, then Restore purchases. Use the same Apple ID that made the purchase.
